Looking for an excuse to get outside in nature together? Families and groups of all ages, including all tweens & teens! Meet an Allegheny County Park Ranger, and be led in a morning of stewardship at nearby Boyce Park.  

This is an excellent opportunity to learn first-hand from an expert Ranger and give back to our community! Group activities depend on the day, but may include: mulching newly planted trees and plants, litter pick-up, and invasive plant removal. All ages and abilities can be accommodated! Please bring plenty of water and wear closed-toe shoes. Snacks, longer pants, a hat, and sun protection are also suggested. The Park Rangers will supply gloves, safety equipment, and all necessary tools.
