Yoga for Tweens & Teens

Yoga for tweens/teens has been shown to increase focus, confidence, and self-esteem, as well as physical strength and flexibility (needed for sports, dance, or any growing tween/teen body). Each class will include breathing techniques, yoga poses and games, mindfulness activities, and ends with a peaceful relaxation. No prior yoga experience necessary! A limited number of mats are available at the library. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Remember to wear comfortable clothes. Available to ages 11-18.
