Shake off the stress and settle into summer by learning some basic stretching and breathing exercises from, Dr. P., Dominique Padurano, a 200-hour certified yoga instructorand popular Pearl River Public Library speaker. While intended for teens who have never practiced yoga before, all are welcome to this Level 1 (Beginner) class. If you have a yoga mat, set it up somewhere quiet; if you do not, it’s best to practice on grass or carpet. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
