Teen Summer Reading Program - UFOs of the Midwest with Chad LewisFriday June 15, 2018
2:00 PM until 3:00 PM
What’s that up in the sky? It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s ... well, an unidentified flying object.
The term “UFO” is commonly associated with alien spaceships. In reality, a UFO is simply something in the sky that cannot be identified. It could be a satellite, a planet, a top-secret government aircraft, even an inter-dimensional object.
Author and paranormal investigator Chad Lewis has had a profound interest in the supernatural since he was a teenager.
Since then, Lewis travels the country in search of the strange and mystifying: UFOs, ghosts, haunted houses, crop circles, Big Foot, the Loch Ness Monster – if it’s unexplainable, Lewis has researched it.
Lewis will be presenting a lecture, “UFOs of the Midwest” at the Perry Public Library on Friday, June 15th, at 2 p.m.
The lecture is just one stop in Lewis’ Midwest tour. Attendees will not only hear about UFO stories from the Midwest, but will also be presented with visual examples of what witnesses have seen and experienced.
