T'ai Chi is an ancient Chinese art form that can be performed by anybody. Although the movements look simple, the health benefits are great. This six session workshop is being taught by certified T'ai Chi instructor Frank Galante. The fee is $30.00 and is payable to the Port Jefferson Free Library.
