1	Event: Cooking Around the World: Celebrating Cinco de Mayo Tuesday May 21, 2013 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM Cinco de Mayo is a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride. To help celebrate this special day, chef Katherine Dlugolonski will be here to demonstrate how you can prepare Mexican style food with a Spanish flair. In this class she will prepare three traditional Cinco de Mayo dishes while going over the history of this Mexican holiday and its migration to the US. Everyone in attendance will be able to sample the prepared dishes and receive recipe sheets.
