This program focuses on being in the present moment while learning how to use the breath as an anchor for the wandering mind. It is a simple way to be more in touch with the fullness of being through self-observation, self-inquiry and mindful action. Through meditation we can cope with stress and anxiety, as well as interrupt negative thinking. Instructor is Certified Holistic Practitioner Jessica Harris-Iannuzzi.
