A more advanced session than our typical on-line class. Use exercises inspired by basic bodysculpting, Pilates, and yoga, to strengthen yourcore. The equipment used is typically a rope or belt, a mat or towel, a chair, and a semi deflated ball or a pillow. Participants must be able to perform exercises on the floor.
