New to yoga? Starting again after a break? You'll learn basic yoga poses in a relaxed and fun environment. We'll go slowly so you can ask questions, which will help you develop good habits from the start. The session will end with a guided relaxation to reduce stress and quiet the mind. Also, great for anyone looking to get back to basics!
Please dress comfortably (but not too loose) and bring a towel or yoga mat with you!
