Melissa's Rockin' Body Boot Camp is Back!

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. 

You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small.
Certified PiYo instructor, Melissa Jusko, will be our class leader. Please Register, as space is limited.  $5 a class, due at start of class.
Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat & water.
