There is a common misperception among many that yoga is primarily for women. Its benefits, however, are equally felt by members of both sexes: increased flexibility, enhanced muscle strength and balance, increased bone density, improved posture, enhanced cardiovascular ability, an improved immune system, and more.  Join us for a session outlining the basics of yoga, with a special focus on areas of particular challenge for the typical male physique. No equipment necessary.
