Strengthen muscles, support bone health, and improve balance through practicing yoga. This gentle class is suitable for all levels and incorporates a variety of postures, some standing with the support of a chair. Experience the stress-reducing benefits of meditation and breath work.  Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
