Stressed? Overwhelmed? Come to the library every Tuesday night for our Zen Color program. This is a weekly, one-hour time for quiet and meditative coloring. Like meditation, coloring allows us to switch off our brains from other thoughts and focus on the moment. Come join others who are looking for 60 minutes of calm. All supplies will be provided, including meditative music and aromatherapy scents. Please feel free to bring your own coloring book if you would like. This program is for adults.
