Join us for one or all four sessions on building mindfulness into your daily life.  We will be learning the four practices (one each session) of mindfulness, gratitude, loving-kindness and compassion. These sessions will be led by Liz Korabek-Emerson, a certified mindfulness instructor, transformational workshop leader, and creative coach.

Dates of the series:  Sept. 15, Oct. 13, Nov. 10 and Dec. 8
