Come and join Maggie, from the Yoga Room in Hampstead, as we move our bodies, while improving cognitive function and mental acuity.  The emphasis for this class is being more present and mindful in our lives.

We are so excited about being able to offer this new class, the first one (September 17 only) is on us!  After that, the fee is $10 per class.
