Healthy Habits for Adults classes are free, hour-long programs that offer delicious nutritious snacks participants can make at home. Each class will include a healthy snack, nutrition lesson, interactive learning activities, recipes and handouts. The program will be taught by a trained RSVP (Retired & Senior Volunteer Progam) volunteer and is sponsored by the Southern New Hampshire Services. Registration is requested. The program will meet once a month from January through December, with no August or September meeting date.
