The Friends of the Sandown Public Library kicks off the Summer Library Program with their annual ice cream social.  Special guest speaker, Josh Judge will be doing a special presentation.  Judge, a local meterologist at WMUR-TV in Manchester is also the author of three books, Extreme New England Weather,  Weather Facts and Fun, and his most recent book, Be Nice to the Weather Guy,  an illustrated children’s book.
