Mushrooms are a low calorie, low carbohydrate food packed with nutritional value. They grow all around us, but are these wild-grown treats safe to eat? Stephanie D. from the NH Mushroom Company will join us today to share her knowledge of this fungi. She will lead participants on a walking tour for edible mushrooms.
