Join us for a six week series of prenatal yoga classes. Each class will guide mamas-to-be through a series of gentle yoga postures and meditation. Participants will have a chance to tune into their bodies, relax, and connect to their babies through yoga. Each class will feature a book recommendation related to yoga, wellness, or mindfulness.
This class is limited to 15, and requires advance registration. Sign-ups will begin online February 6th.
