It can be overwhelming to leave rehab or incarceration and begin a new life. Feelings - both joys and sorrows - emerge. This writing workshop is designed to be a quiet, non-judgmental place to express your journey on paper. Emotions can be transformed into powerful and beautiful stories and poetry. We will explore techniques to make words come alive on the page. We will look at past writers who have written about their similar experiences. All are welcome, from absolute beginner to more seasoned writers. Ages 18+
