Poems: Playing with Sound and Sense
Tuesday April 17, 2018
1:00 PM until 2:30 PM
Poetry is an oral art. Poetry uses language in a lively way to say more and to say it more intensely. It also involves a sense, a perception of life that widens and sharpens
our contacts through words. Come to this workshop to celebrate spring, which is “mud luscious and puddle wonderful" as e.e. cummings reminds us.
