Bookmark Challenge: Ends September 29.  Children in Grades K-6 are challenged to create an original bookmark design in black and white starting August 27.  One entry per child.  Bookmark design should relate to books, reading or libraries.  Traced, copied designs, or licensed characters cannot be accepted.  Winning design(s) will be printed and distributed to the patrons of Springdale Free Public Library.  Entries must be delivered to the library by September 29.  Winners will be announced by October 8.  Entries will be judged for creativity, originality, neatness and printability.
