The World Below

Shelter Islander Timothy J. Dalton will explore his exploits as an underwater photographer focusing on large pelagic animals such as sharks, whales, large fish and other dwellers below the surface. His most recent trip was to the Azores to photograph sperm whales.  Mr. Dalton has passionately pursued underwater photography for the last twenty years and it has taken him around the world in search of the perfect shot. He says, “I have far surpassed my dreams with the variety of wildlife that I have encountered exploring Earth’s vast oceans.”  This talk is in conjunction with a display of Mr. Dalton’s work in our Community Room.
