This popular program returns! Qi Gong and Tai Chi are ancient Chinese health practices that provide a whole range of benefits for the body and mind. These easy to follow fluid movements will improve balance, flexibility, concentration and create a peaceful mind. This class is designed for everybody, with modifications for those who choose to sit. It is led by Denise Gillies, a certified instructor who has been practicing and teaching on the East End for the past ten years. Her teaching style is relaxed, enthusiastic and intended for students to leave feeling energized and joyful. Sign up for this class is required and space is limited.
