Chocolatier Maria Poirier-Brandriff presents The Basics of Truffle Making

There is a chill in the air and we are looking for ways to bring a warm feeling inside. Learn to make chocolate truffles! Maria will demonstrate the steps involved with making creamy, delicious truffles. Anyone can learn how to make their own chocolate truffles by following a few simple rules. And all those who attend will go home with their own chocolate treat! Maria Brandriff is a self taught chef and librarian. Due to her strong interest and passion for chocolate making Maria studied with a professional chocolatier in the city of Arles in Provence, France in 2004. In 2001, Maria completed a certificate from the University of New Haven in gourmet cuisine. Registration is required. Click the button below to register.
