Presented by Gary Engvall who has been a kite enthusiast since he was a child and built his first stunt kite by reading a book! As an adult, Gary has been a Comprehensive Judge at 3AKA Conventions, and learned about design and construction when he was a Flight Judge for the Smithsonian Institution Kite Festival in Washington, DC. In addition he was a Flight Judge on the Sport Kite Competition Circuit for 15 years.
