A certified pilates instructor and owner of the fitness studio Personal Euphoria, Ms. Downie has years of expertise that are balanced with a playful yet passionate belief in your ability to find natural pain relief. Copies of her book will be available for sale and signing, and light refreshments come compliments of the Friends of the Library. Teens and adults.
