Just Breathe: Mindfulness for Kids in Challenging Times - ONLINE

Our minds can be filled with busy thoughts that can be distracting or overwhelming. Through mindfulness, we will practice skills that help you relate to what's happening within and around you to slow down thoughts, settle your mind, and foster calm and focus.

Join one of our two sessions:

  • Thursday September 24th, 6:00pm-7:00pm
  • Saturday September 26th 1:00pm-2:00pm.
