Chair Yoga is a gentle, mellow and restorative movement practice for anyone looking to heal, grow in strength, flexibility and stamina---no matter what their fitness level.
Chair Yoga is for:
Instructor: Romy Ganser. Romy is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner who holds additional certifications in Chair Yoga Instruction and Hands on Healing
Free and open to the public. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
Doors open at 11:15 am. Class begins promptly at 11:30 am.
