Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend any of all of the sessions in this four-part program that teaches and empowers aging adults and those who care for them with skills and ideas that decrease falls and increase independence. This evidence-informed program will discuss practical and proven exercises that promote a health and well-being. Each 90-minute session will build upon the previous one(s) to deepen your aging strong experience, but you can attend any or all, depending upon your availability. They will be recorded for later viewing and sharing and made available on the library's YouTube channel.
