Event: Yoga - Summer Session

This is a Vinyasa Flow class for all levels. In this FIVE week evening series, join us as we focus on linking conscious breath with mindful body movement, safe alignment, body awareness, and what it means to stay present. Expect to move and breathe through foundational yoga sequences that are designed to stretch and strengthen.  Each class ends with deep relaxation.  Excellent cross-training for other sports. Discover just how good yoga can make you feel!
Bring your own yoga mat.
There is no fee to attend these classes, but donations are gladly accepted for the instructors.
Suggested donation of $5 per class
This is a 6 part class. Registration is required, and space is limited.
You only need to register for the first class, and you will be registered for all 6 classes.
Class dates are: Wednesday Nights June 14, 21 and 28 and July 5, 12 (NO class on July 19) and 26
Instructors Carin and Shagufta completed their 200 hour Fluid yoga teacher training in May 2016. They teach private yoga lessons, community yoga classes in Groton, and have taught yoga for the Groton/Dunstable Continuing Ed program.  In addition, Carin and Shagufta are trained instructors for "Bodhi & Mind Yoga" providing one-on-one yoga and meditation practice to women with breast cancer www.bodhiandmindyoga.org
