Brain Break Yoga for Teens

This class is designed to help teens calm and balance their bodies. Learn techniques to deal with stress, anxiety and attention through the use of breath, movement and meditation and relaxation. Taught by Heather Monson, who specializes in Mindful Yoga for all ages.
This program is for students in grades 6-12.
Registration is required and space is limited.
