Innocents Held Hostage: Navigating Past and Future Conflicts with Iran
Award-winning Documentary produced by Weston HS Students Nate Coleman and Jonah Rothlein
Weston High School students Nate Colman and Jonah Rothlein, winners of C-SPAN’s annual StudentCam competition, will present their film “Innocents Held Hostage:
Navigating Past and Future Conflicts with Iran.” The film features an interview with Morad Tahbaz, the Weston resident who was imprisoned in Iran for six years before
being released last September.
Nate and Jonah of Weston are the grand prize winners of C-SPAN’s annual StudentCam competition. The C-SPAN competition asked middle and high school students across the country to address the theme, “Looking Forward while Considering the Past.” More than 3,200 students from 42 states and Washington, D.C. submitted entries. Nate and Jonah will be available to answer questions after the film.
