Lunch & Learn: National Health Care Decisions WeekMonday April 15, 2019
11:00 AM until 12:30 PM
National Healthcare Decisions Week is an annual 50-state initiative created to inspire, educate, and empower people and providers about the importance of advance care planning; when people are asked to consider what comes next, and to do it before it’s too late. This panel aims to equip everyone with concise and useful information on healthcare decision-making. It will also take some of the trepidation out of advance healthcare decision-making and how to make the process one of comfort, preparedness, and communication.
The Panel will include: Rev. Carl Anderson, Vice President of Mission Effectiveness for Masonicare; Beverly Bryda, MSW, ACSW, Director of Social Services for Masonicare; and George Guertin, Eldercare Attorney.
This program is co-sponsored by Masonicare.
Registration is required.
