WECARE Workshop: The Benefits of Practicing Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, which one can develop through the practice of meditation and through other training.  You will be provided the opportunity to learn how this process can help you as a parent as well as techniques to teach to your preschoolers. This workshop will be beneficial in creating a more peaceful environment for all in your facility.
