Python programming language is used by statisticians, engineers, and scientists for data analytics because Python is easy to learn and has a simple syntax with a vast collection of libraries for numerical computation and data manipulation.

The course introduces error handling, logging, functions, and using the most popular packages – NumPy and Pandas. The course includes building a capstone project. View syllabus.

Additional courses available for spring 2021 are Data Analytics 101, Cybersecurity I, and SQL.

Each course is designed and rendered by industry experts and benefits mid-career professionals who want to further their skill sets for better employment opportunities. Emphasis is on the use of tools for applying analytical skills in business settings. Participants should have some experience working with Excel files and be able to operate computers and install software as needed.

You will receive an invitation to the Zoom meetings prior to the first class. Certificates of completion will be awarded at the end of each course.
