Mindfulness, Self-Compassion and Well-Being: 4-Week Live Online ProgramThursday October 29, 2020

Join us online live with Joan Hunt, certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher, as she demonstrates how to best to manage stress in the face of uncertainty. A month of Mindful Thursdays: October 8, 15, 22 and 29.
The intention of this four week series is to offer the following:
- explore what mindfulness is and what it is not
- outline its benefits in stress reduction and well-being
- introduce three formal practices
- introduce the attitudinal components of befriending, self-compassion and non-judging to whatever is arising in experience
Practice in between sessions is recommended.
How will this work? We're providing live programs using WebEx and you can find WebEx instuctions here. You can participate on any kind of device. We'll send you a link to join the online meeting in advance and you'll be able to ask questions in real-time and see and hear other participants at the same time.
Registration is for all four weeks. The registration link is with Week 1, October 8. What happens if you try it Week 1 and it's not for you? After Week 1, please send us an email that you'd like to cancel your registration for the remainder of the program. If we have any cancellations after Week 1 we'll contact the waiting list to begin on Week 2.
