Are you having trouble sleeping lately? You are not alone. Candace Singh from Canadian Mental Health Association will teach us about sleep hygiene. Sleep hygiene refers to the habits and behaviours people follow to prepare for and stay asleep. This 60 minute presentation will discuss different reasons why people may sleep well and identifies different methods of sleep hygiene to improve sleep quality.
