Kindergarten--5th-Grade Summer Reading Program: The Stories Behind the Stars -- Library

Educator and storyteller, Matt Krug, will introduce his audience to the wonders of the night sky through myths, other stories from around the world and a gentle mix of science. He will explain the structure of the solar system, identify commonly seen objects in the night sky (constellations, meteors, planets, northern lights and satellites) and much more. Matt is also a member of the New Hampshire Astronomer's Association.
Sign-up is required for this program, and in-person Summer Reading Program registration will take place in the Youth Activity Room from June 18 through June 29.
