Emphasis: Cooperative Collection Development. In an era of stressed materials budgets and rapid system-wide delivery, thinking about collection development on a regional or network scale makes more sense than ever. Join us to discuss such topics as dispersed collection responsibilities (in which different libraries would build on different collection strengths to the benefit of all); last copy retention and replacement guidelines; multiple copies in a shared network environment; and cooperative introduction of new formats.
