Reading as Meditation

Set aside an hour each week--same time, same place—to join a librarian in the practice of mindful reading. Increase your ability to concentrate and experience stillness by taking the time to enjoy the simple pleasure of reading together in a group. All are welcome to drop in and enjoy community and a shared love of books in a peaceful setting. Books will be provided and putting away phones is recommended!
