In our harried world, wouldn't it be nice to just slow down and...BE? In partnership with area practitioners, the York Public Library offers a program to help you do just that. Each Wednesday evening, we are pleased to offer a drop-in guided meditation from 5:30-6:30PM in our Community Room on the lower level of the library.
Weekly sessions will be led by a rotation of practitioners, including:
All ages and abilities are welcome. No prior experience needed. Please dress comfortably. The library has a very limited number of meditation cushions available on a first come, first serve basis. If you have your own cushion, please bring it with you.
As always, this program is free and open to all
