Meditation for Teens

Certified Meditation Instructor Amy Rutledge has found that meditation for teens is crucial – it cultivates self-worth, confidence, compassion, focus, concentration, and helps with navigating difficult emotions and change. Join us on Zoom as Amy leads us in a teen-oriented class using various forms of meditation techniques including mindfulness, loving-kindness, compassion, and creative visualizations.
