Animals as Family Members: Living with, Loving, and Losing Them
Saturday, June 24
2 pm to 4 pm
The unconditional love of an animal friend can bring us so much joy. Animals become part of the family, and we feel their loss keenly. The Reverend Nancy Schluntz is an interfaith minister and animal chaplain with many years of experience serving people and animals. She will discuss how we communicate with our pets, how we can prepare them for changes, and how we can cope with the grief of their loss. Come with your questions. Bring home tips, handouts, and a suggested reading list.
