Mindfulness for Families

Mindfulness and meditation have been shown to help kids focus, deal with frustration, and be calmer. Join Sheryl White as she leads 5 - 8 year olds and their adult through fun mindfulness exercises and teaches about how important being mindful is for us all. Registration is required as this class has a limited number. Please sign up as a family.
