Are you someone looking to get into using regularly using a computer? Come to this introductary class where you will learn how to turn on, and interact with your computer using the mouse and keyboard attached to it. I will also be covering how to interact with the Windows operating system, and having you practice with the rest of the class.
March 30th, 2017 Exploring the Internet
The Internet is a platform that connects all the websites users create across the globe and in this class we are going to be covering how to explore it! I will teach how to install two different web browsers (Internet Explorer and Google Chrome) and how to access different websites and necessary pages using both of them.
April 6th, 2017 Send and Receive
Are you interested in setting up an email account? Electronic mail or email is a service that allows you to contact your friends or family easily and wherever you are. In this class, I will cover how to setup new Google accounts, and use its Gmail service so you can start sending messages to your relatives.
April 13th, 2017 Putting Your Face on The Book
FaceBook is quickly becoming the most popular form of social media because it allows you to keep in touch with your relatives who live across the globe. In this class, I will walk you through how to setup a Facebook account, and customize it with your information so people know who you are, and add your friends who are on Facebook.
