Yoga for Kids (Ages 8-11)

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED; PLEASE BE SURE TO REGISTER EACH CHILD SEPARATELY. ALSO, PARENTS/CAREGIVERS DO NOT NEED TO BE REGISTERED, ONLY THEIR CHILDREN.
The Derby Public Library will host a children’s yoga program focusing on keeping kids healthy through physical movement. Kathy Trusdell will facilitate Yoga for Kids which incorporates basic yoga including breathing techniques in a fun, themed program for children ages 8-11. It is suggested that participants wear comfortable clothes for the class and bring along a towel or yoga mat.
