REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED; PLEASE BE SURE TO REGISTER EACH CHILD SEPARATELY. ALSO, PARENTS/CAREGIVERS DO NOT NEED TO BE REGISTERED, ONLY THEIR CHILDREN.  NOTE: Registration here on-line is for the purposes of this calendar and is required; however, the Girl Scouts S.T.E.M. program has their own form that you will need to fill out as well.  You may fill out one of these forms at the library when you attend the program or if you visit the children's department at a time before the event date, or by visiting the Girls Scouts of Connecticut website (http://www.gsofct.org) to see if they might have a form that you can download and fill out to bring in with you.  You may also provide the requested information from this form by going to the "user message field" on the on-line registration form here and then you would not have to fill out their actual form.  The specific information required is at the end of this description.

Be an engineer!  Create, design, test, and take home a finished project, using everyday items during the S.T.E.M. Information required from the form to submit in the message field when registering here:   NAME/GRADE ENTERING/SCHOOL/PHONE/E-MAIL/PARENT'S NAME/PARENT'S CELL PHONE/SPECIAL NEEDS (e.g. allergies)/IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY A SCOUT (yes or no)/PARENTAL PERMISSION/INITIALS for possible photos/quotations to be taken of/from their child and/or their artwork to be used in any promotional material, news releases, and other published formats for either the local Girl Scout council or Girl Scouts of the USA in which any images taken will be the sole property of the local council or GS of the USA.
