The Derby Public Library continues to offer S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) programs throughout the year.  Children in grades K-5 are invited to stop by The Science Lab each month in which a new theme will be the focus covering topics such as simple machines, weather, and more with hands-on activities and experiments.  There is no fee to attend and all materials will be provided for this interactive, hour-long program.  The theme for this month's session is Bones!, in which participants will learn about the forms and functions of both human and animal skeletons during this program presented by Jean Mai of Science Snoopers.
