Art of Brewing Kombucha

Learn how to make kombucha, a slightly sweet, fermented tea that is full of probiotics. Kombucha is an inexpensive way to help keep your gut and immune system working to its fullest. During class we will briefly cover the benefits, process of fermenting your own and even try samples. Participants who wish to begin brewing their own can take home a culture to begin right away!
